"text": "I’ve visited NY every year for the last 34 years and always love to stay in The Palace now the Lotte New York palace . Just this year it will be my third time in this hotel because the place is so beautiful , the location is perfect , the concierges make the gust experience better than anywhere else , the housekeeping was so polite when I needed a refrigerator for my medicine . The staff in front desk are attentive and eager to help . So thank you for the experience you print on my memory’s every time I visit you . I really feel at home",

I have asked for assistance with a few things and Ani from the concierge team has been amazing. She is quick to respond and incredibly helpful and ready to do more if needed. I am impressed with the whole concierge team. I look forward to reviewing our stay when it is completed.",

"text": "All the staff were wonderful, however they were short staffed at check in and check out. Room cleaning was very good. Unfortunately, the room was very dated and the bathroom smelled of damp. The tap and shower fittings were loose but worked fine it you held the tap fitting with one hand and twisted the tap with the other. I’ve stayed in 3* hotels with much better bedrooms. I estimate that the room hadn’t been decorated for 25 years. Overpriced for what they offered.",

"text": "We’re at LNYP to celebrate a milestone occasion. Planning began early with the helpful support of the team, and most especially the concierge, Diego. Our arrival was seamless, our room: magnificent, and all the arrangements have been delivered with perfection. Salah is the best driver in NYC, Terrill is a fabulous manager, and Diego is…magic! Diego manufactured a spectacular experience for us! He recommended the best of the best for our meals and our festivities, he scheduled the arrangements, and he made sure we’ve been taken care of at each step. Huge thanks to everyone for a memorable visit.",
