But, the best way to enter the park is at columbus circle. Central park start at 59th street(south and finish at 110th street(north). "text": "Was there over the 4th when extreme heat was going on. Did my Central Park visit early in the morning, so wasn’t very crowded on my way to The Met. Would like to do other parts of the park in future visits. Did use a Google map to find my way on the different paths, and would suggest this. Otherwise you might miss a statue etc. Many places to sit along the way. Earlier in the day, so it wasn’t crowded. Walked it for about an hour or so.",

"text": "Im not sure I'd head back to the park. We were constantly approached by carriage rides and peddle bikers wanting to take us on a tour. We did eventually give in because we realized how much walking it was. We still didnt get to see as much of the park as we wanted t o as their routes are limited. Slightly disappointed as I dont think we saw the good stuff.",

"text": "Central Park is, for me, the absolute heart of New York and a place I would gladly return to again and again. It offers an incredible combination of nature, calm, and iconic views in the middle of a huge city. Whether walking, resting on a bench, or just watching life go by, the park has a unique atmosphere in every season. The city slows down here for a moment. This massive park is full of interesting spots like Belvedere Castle, Bow Bridge, sports areas, and various lakes. To see everything, you would need several days – we explored about one third on foot.",

To alleviate the cold a little, the drivers offer you blankets to keep you warm. People with reduced mobility can walk around freely and without any problems. We stayed near Fifth Avenue and walked to the park. It was a unique experience.",

Fun to walk/bike and more wildlife than we expected. It was only around $20 to hire a bike for two hours and $25 to hire a boat on the lake for an hour",

"text": "I came here with my daughter who is a manual wheelchair user and we went to the visitor centre and gift shop. It felt welcoming and friendly. The lady there provided my daughter with a free map which shows where all the steep inclines are in the park. She asked where we were from, (Wales) then talked about Gavin & Stacey. The sakura waffles we purchased there were delicious and we ate ours at cherry hill while looking at the cherry blossoms. There was a man at Bow Bridge selling photographs. I purchased a couple of them while chatting and he also asked where I'm from. We went to strawberry fields where a man sung yesterday which was amazing to hear while looking at the imagine mural. (Last time we came here someone sang\nan oasis song which wasn't the same kind of feeling in strawberry fields) \nWe enjoyed our visit this time far more than 2 years ago when we went around in a pedicab, which was great but too fast to take everything in. \nCentral park is a wonderful place to come when you visit New York for some calm and tranquility, to relax and watch birds and squirrels, a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.",

More to see at the South End of the park and lovely views of buildings that overlook the park. I also went on a walking tour that have me a good insight of the Children's playground, Carousel, Chess & Checkers House, Zoo , Sheep Meadow, Strawberry Fields Bethesda Terrace and so much more. A must visit venue where you will spot so many areas where films etc have been made. A must visit place.",

"text": "Central Park in the spring was absolutely beautiful. Weather is not too hot. The cherry blossoms have bloomed and the greenery is beautiful, it is a huge park. Don’t don’t expect to see all of it or even half of it in one day unless you expect to be walking all day research the areas you want to visit and enter through those areas you see people doing all kinds of activity, such as running reading picnics the row boats in Central Park are a very nice experience and they are affordable. They are first come first serve so we recommend arriving early",

"text": "I spent the day - starting at 9:00 AM and finishing at 5:45 PM doing a full loop of Central Park - stopping and seeing things along the way. I was surprised it was hilly. There are fields, lakes, tree-lined areas, waterfalls, a conservancy garden, playgrounds, places to rent boats, and even a tribute to John Lennon.",

"text": "Central Park is, for me, the absolute heart of New York and a place I would gladly return to again and again. It offers an incredible combination of nature, calm, and iconic views in the middle of a huge city. Whether walking, resting on a bench, or just watching life go by, the park has a unique atmosphere in every season. The city slows down here for a moment. This massive park is full of interesting spots like Belvedere Castle, Bow Bridge, sports areas, and various lakes. To see everything, you would need several days – we explored about one third on foot.",

"text": "Stunning and awe-inspiring. As massive movie and American TV buffs it was a true delight to be there and experience the views, the ambience and the hustle and bustle of the park in real time. \n\nWe saw most of it from a horse carriage ride, but carried on walking round after and we were so glad we did. Very clean, spectacular views and fan-girled over some movie/TV locations within the park. We spent most of the day there and if we weren't short on time to squeeze in everything in NY we wanted to do, we would have come back the following day. \n\nOur only niggle was the sheer amount of times, around the edge of the park, we were hounded by pushy sellers trying to encourage us to buy tours or pedicab rides around the park. We didn't let them stop our fun though and just ignored them and delved into the beautiful sites of the park.",
