exploring the lands between for the first time really is a one in a lifetime experience

After 300 hours, I’ve learned three things:
-I had no idea how long I'll spend theory crafting the lore.
-I’ve died more times than there are stars in the sky.
-I now instinctively roll whenever I hear footsteps IRL.

The game is massive. I thought I’d “finished” it at 100 hours, then discovered I’d only explored about 50% of the map. Every time I think I’ve seen it all, I find another cave filled with angry rock gremlins who exist solely to ruin my day.
Boss fights are cinematic masterpieces designed to remind you that you are, in fact, trash. You’ll spend 45 minutes learning attack patterns, finally land the killing blow, and then realize there’s a second phase where the boss sprouts wings, breathes fire, and calls you names.

The NPCs are all deeply mysterious [i] (No, not you Vaare) [/i]. They speak in riddles, vanish without warning, and occasionally die off-screen because you didn’t talk to them in the right order. I’m convinced half the questlines are just elaborate pranks by FromSoftware.

Who is the Raging Wolf?
