About The Role FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking Business Analysts to work with our global systems integrator client on a major Central Government Service Transformation Programme. This initiative forms part of a core-funded Service Transformation Portfolio, focused on improving operational efficiency, increasing productivity, reducing costs, and accelerating the digitisation of critical business processes. As part of a significant programme expansion, we are seeking experienced Business Analysts with process improvement and automation expertise to join multidisciplinary delivery pods responsible for identifying opportunities for digitisation, capturing business requirements, and supporting the delivery of innovative low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, GOV.UK services, and no-code/low-code forms technologies. This is an initial assignment running through to March 2027, with strong potential for extension as additional discovery activity and delivery workstreams are onboarded.
