      "text": "Surely it shouldn't be this difficult to find a role that offers a healthy balance between home and office working. I hate changing jobs, especially after only six months, but a 30-mile commute each way, five days a week, is taking its toll both financially and personally. I'm not looking for fully remote, just a sensible hybrid arrangement that allows me to maintain a good work-life balance while continuing to grow my career.",
