After building a database with many flaws, we started working on PHP updates. I requested changes in PHP, and would get 6 hours billed and maybe 1-2 fulfilled then try again the next day, 6-8 more hours billed then still issues. This went on for over a week. I went in myself and corrected it myself in a matter of hours in AI. They were pumping hours to fill billables with no real work being delivered. There are are different people working on this job and not a dedicated person. And they are not consistent in work quality whatsoever.",
