This is an exciting opportunity to solve complex, real-world distributed systems problems, collaborate with senior engineers, and directly contribute to a core product in the Google Cloud (GCP) ecosystem.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Technical Implementation: Lead the design and coding of core features that transform the Hub into a definitive repository for APIs, MCP servers, and agents.</li><li>Architectural Design: Build highly scalable, distributed systems that automate asset discovery through deep integrations with various API gateways and GCP Agent Cloud.</li><li>AI Integration: Develop the interfaces and schemas required to make organizational assets available and \"understandable\" for consumption by AI agents.</li><li>Code Excellence: Drive high engineering standards across the team through rigorous design reviews, code reviews, and the implementation of best practices in cloud-native development.</li><li>Technical Mentorship: Act as a technical lead and mentor for junior and mid-level engineers, helping to solve complex technical bottlenecks and improve system reliability.</li><li>API Hub: We design and run the centralized, intelligent catalog that enables global organizations to auto-discover, register, govern, and index their entire digital landscape spanning traditional REST/gRPC APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and AI agents.</li><li>Value-Added Services: We build the high-scale, zero-trust edge services that sit directly on the API Gateway traffic path.
